ABOUT THE WORLD FUTSAL FEDERATION – WFF. Welcome to the World Futsal Federation (WFF) The World Futsal Federation (WFF), is a new world governing body for the sport of futsal, under the governance of the IOC, Continental Confederations and National Federations.

 

The World Futsal Federation will now serve as an official governing body for the sport of (Futsal Proper IOC) complete with it's own By-Laws and living Constitutions filed in the State of Arizona in the United States of America. The World Futsal Federation, was founded in 2012 and is owned and operated by a board of Directors, investors and private federations all over the world, for the sole purpose of promoting “ FUTSAL GAME “ Across the Global World.

11. to promote futsal around the world with unified governance including all national and international programs for women, men, and youth;

14. to provide for state, national, and international cup competitions; and

 

15. to provide for the prompt and equitable resolution of grievances.

 

COMPITITIONS :- 5. The World Futsal Federation Legacy initiative and World Futsal Federation World Cups are a Valuable opportunity to plant the seeds of futsal development in the host country. The World Futsal Federation legacy program may feature a vast array of different projects (Jr's, Youth, Amateur, Pro, Domestic, International), which should be discussed and developed in close Cooperation between the host association's leadership and league officials. Each member Association shall assign a person to be responsible for the World Futsal Federation legacy Program and to work in tandem with the relevant World Futsal Federation counterparts.

INDEPENDENT ETHICS COMMITTEE :- The independent Ethics Committee is one of the World Futsal Federation’s judicial bodies. It is Primarily responsible for investigating possible infringements of the World Futsal Federation Code of Ethics. It is divided into two separate chambers – the investigatory chamber And the adjudicatory chamber.

 

ACTIVITY REPORT :- The Activity Report showcases the World Futsal Federation’s work in global futsal development Beginning with the U.S., the governance and administration of the game, organizing international Competitions, and sustainability and health projects.

 

REPORTING MECHENISM :- The World Futsal Federation has implemented a regulatory framework which is intended to Ensure that all statutory rules, rules of conduct and internal guidelines of our organization are Respected and complied with. In this context, and in particular as a measure to aid in prevention, The World Futsal Federation has issued, among others, the World Futsal Federation Code of Conduct and the World Futsal Federation Code of Ethics.

TRANSFER MATCHING SYSTEM The World Futsal Federation's Transfer Matching System (TMS) is a system that makes international transfers of players between clubs quicker, smoother and more transparent.

 

MATCH AGENTS Agents who arrange matches between teams belonging to different confederations must be in Possession of a license issued by the World Futsal Federation. The World Futsal Federation License to arrange matches confers upon the holder the exclusive Right to arrange friendly matches or tournaments between national teams or clubs from different CONFEDERATION.

To ensure a separation of powers, the independent Ethics Committee, established as the third Judicial body under the World Futsal Federation Code of Ethics, is responsible for watching over The entire futsal community and helping to tackle current challenges in futsal such as illegal Betting, bribery and other prohibited activities. Under the Code of Ethics, disciplinary sanctions Can be imposed on offending officials, players, players’ agents and match agents. The World Futsal Federation Structure THE PRESIDENT The World Futsal Federation President holds the highest office at the World Futsal Federation. The World Futsal Federation President’s rights and duties are set forth in the World Futsal Federation Statutes.

 

He represents the World Futsal Federation and presides over the World Futsal Federation Congress, Executive and Emergency Committee meetings and those Committees of which he has been appointed chairman. Like the other members of the World Futsal Federation Executive Committee he is entitled to vote and he casts the deciding vote When a ballot is tied.

 

THE WORLD FUTSAL FEDERATION CONGRESS :- According to the statutes, the World Futsal Federation- wff Congress is the organization & #39;s Supreme Body .Numerous articles dictate which items are to be discussed and which decisions are to be Passed at this forum. As the legislative body of world futsal - futsal's parliament in other words - The Congress bears a particular responsibility for developing the game, the nature of which has Been subject to increasingly rapid change over the past few years. Each member has one vote at The Congress.

 

COMMITTEE :- Although futsal remains a simple game, its circumstances have changed dramatically. As the To ensure a separation of powers, the independent Ethics Committee, established as the third World Futsal Federation governing body, the World Futsal Federation must take into account a wide range of developments and other factors and decide on numerous issues in accordance with the World Futsal Federation Statutes and regulations. Strategy is determined by the World Futsal Federation Executive Committee chaired by the World Futsal Federation President, a forum where all of the Delegates can directly influence the Decision-making process since each has its own representation under the World Futsal Federation Statutes. The executive’s decisions are guided by the recommendations of some 10 specialist standing committees, in which representatives from the federations associations, Leagues, teams and players are able to express their various views and requirements. The World Futsal Federation administration implements the decisions passed by the World Futsal Federation Congress, the executive and the standing committees.

The longTerm objective is to ensure that futsal is sustainable as a PRIME discipline and player DEVELOPMENT TOOL FOR BOTH MEN & WOMEN The World Futsal Federation's futsal development programmers provide member associations With the access to expertise, teaching and promotional materials, futsal equipment and financial Assistance, so that everyone who wants to play, referee or coach futsal has the chance to do so, Whether recreation or in organized leagues. The World Futsal Federation's five main futsal development programmers comprise:

1. Consultancy Member associations interested in officially launching futsal within their territory Or in reviewing their current activities can apply for different types of consultancy support. An Expert visit may be arranged for an assessment of the current situation and to help, where Necessary, with the creation of the association's four-year futsal development plan. In addition to Expertise, member associations can also benefit from sports equipment (futsal balls) and teaching Material.

2. Education the World Futsal Federation's education courses for futsal coaches and referees Aim at supporting and complementing the initiatives of confederations and member associations. The courses usually last five days and include both theoretical and practical sessions. The World Futsal Federation's appoints an instructor to conduct the course and to help develop An education strategy for the member association.

3. Grassroots boys and girls aged 6-12 are the focus of the World Futsal Federation's Grassroots Programs, which encourages kids to play futsal through school, community and club initiatives. Considering the popularity of futsal and the increasing demand among its member associations, The World Futsal Federation now offers grassroots programs with a focus on the characteristics of futsal through the World Futsal Federation Youth Academy initiative. Typically, a World Futsal Federation Grassroots project is composed of a training program for male and Female coach-educators and a festival for boys and girls. The training, led by experienced World Futsal Federation instructors, aims to introduce coach-educators to the methodology of teaching young people and provide them with basic knowledge on the characteristics and benefits of futsal. The festival should offer an opportunity for as many children as possible to discover and Enjoy futsal through fun practice sessions and small games.

4. Competitions The development of futsal competitions and leagues for both men and women Around the world is still in its formative stage, and the World Futsal Federation recognizes the Challenges that this creates for the further development of the game. To increase the number of domestic futsal leagues at various levels, the World Futsal Federation offers expert and tailor Made assistance on how to structure and format competitions.
